CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 10 days post delivery. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to register a return. In order to facilitate return, a member of our Customer Happiness Team must approve the return. Customized items are not eligible for return. Announce Divinely does not cover the cost of shipping. After we received the returned item and ensure that it has not been opened or used, you can choose a refund (minus shipping fees) or store credit for that return.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We can honor any order change as long as your order has not shipped. Please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to request a change. This includes changing your shipping address as well. We will do everything we can to assist you. Please email us at email@example.com.
CAN I REQUEST CUSTOMIZATION ON ITEMS?
If customization is available for a product, it is listed on that item's page. However, customization is available on cards, but there is a minimum purchase of 25 of that customized item, and special pricing is available for this large purchase.
CAN I REQUEST CUSTOMIZATION ON THE CONFETTI WAND?

WHAT IF SOMETHING'S NOT WORKING?
If your product arrives and you discover it is in faulty condition, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will provide information on how to return and receive a replacement. Please note that balloons are not refundable considering we cannot test non-inflated balloons.
HOW DO I INFLATE MY BALLOONS?
We suggest going to your local party store for helium or air inflation. We also suggest using a balloon pump. We do not suggest using your mouth to inflate balloons. Extra moisture can weaken the balloon, and it takes a lot of air to inflate a balloon.
CAN YOU SHIP MY BALLOON ALREADY INFLATED?
Sorry, love. We cannot.
HOW CAN I BE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY WITH MY BALLOONS?
We ask that you do not release your helium-filled balloons into the air. What goes up must come down. Unfortunately, littered balloons and strings may resemble food to animals. Therefore, we suggest releasing the air from your balloons, cutting the latex into smaller pieces, and disposing accordingly. Another fabulous reason to have an indoor confetti party!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Typical processing time is 1-5 business days. If you have requested a custom order or fairly large order, more time may be allotted. This may also apply during peak seasons. If you need your items by a certain date, please contact us prior to purchase. Please contact our Customer Happiness Team at email@example.com for specific timelines for your order.
MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED, YET I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT.
We absolutely love our mail carriers; however, once we hand over your package, we no longer control the shipping process.
